POST & PACKING is FREE on all orders delivered to the UK mainland, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Shetlands and other Highland Islands.

For all other orders

– to Europe we charge £5 P&P

– to the Rest of the World we charge £7.50 P&P

For orders dispatched to an address outside of the european union the recipient may have to pay for local taxes and duties.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days after the order is paid for. You should allow a further 3 to 5 working days for delivery within the UK.

Orders to UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Isle of White, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands,Orkney, Sheltands and other Highland Islands will usually be sent using ROYAL MAIL 2^nd CLASS delivery. Unfortunately this service does not offer a tracking facility.

If an order is refused at its delivery destination, or the incorrect delivery address details have been noted at the time that the order was placed, or failure to respond to the calling cards left by Royal Mail/courier, the package will be returned to JODDS. If you wish the order to be resent you will be asked to pay further delivery charges. We cannot be held responsible for packages that have been lost after proof of delivery.
