If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 working days from receipt to receive a full refund for the order along with cost of delivery, where applicable.

Follow these steps to return your online order:

  1. Contact us by email (info@joddscards.com) informing us of your intention to return the products – PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, ACCOUNT REF, PRODUCT CODE AND     DESCRIPTION

– If the product has been received damaged we will refund the value of the returned damaged product or send you an exact replacement of the product.

– If you no longer want the undamaged, unopened/unused product we will refund the value of the returned product.

  1. Packaging your return –please package so the product will arrive in a saleable condition (with the exception of damaged goods) and return in its original undamaged packaging. Please note we cannot accept returns that have been opened or used.

  2. We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post on return, or at least get a proof of posting certificate.

We will acknowledge safe receipt of the products by return email. However, should the returned goods not be in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline to refund and you may be liable to pay further postage for the goods to be returned to you. We aim to exchange or refund within 7 working days.
